The idea of launching Al Rajaa Organization came during the visit of the founder of the Association in Palestine Ahmed Jaber to the Moroccan Oval Club of Hope in 2014, where the idea was strengthened and transformed into a small project launched with promising Palestinian expertise, competencies and skills to sign a cooperation agreement with the Moroccan fraternal club to develop this idea and promote the project that today is a blessing statement of its achievements and activities.
After complying with all the requirements, the founding body of Al Rajaa Organization announced its launch and commencement of its work in the fields of development and sports for children and young generations.
Al Rajaa Organization is a public authority specialized in the field of development and sports, offering a range of programs, events, activities and others related to the culture of children and young generations to promote and develop their talents at early stages to preserve their national identity.
The Organization targets children from early childhood to 18 years of age, and women, parents, specialists and children's affairs.
The Organization offers programs, activities, studies and consultations to build a community with educational, moral, intellectual, cultural, sporting and logical bases that qualifies it to live in the city of Jerusalem with educated steadfastness.

The Organization aims to promote and consolidate the principles of early education among children, encourage regular attendance in schools, reduce dropout rates, empower children's intellectual and physical abilities according to developmental and sporting curricula based on sound scientific foundations, as well as sensitize all sectors of society, guide mothers in the proper education of children at different stages of life and promote the concept of parental partnership.
