Future Skills Projects

In the face of the rapidly evolving challenges confronting the Jerusalemite community, the need for alternative educational models has become increasingly urgent—models that resonate with reality and open meaningful horizons for youth.

Rooted in the philosophy of Al-Raja Organization, which centers on empowering students through knowledge, skills, and values, the Future Skills project was launched as a comprehensive educational pathway designed to prepare young boys and girls in Jerusalem for a life of awareness, responsibility, and active engagement.

The project focuses on cultivating 21st-century skills, including critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, adaptability, digital literacy, and leadership. It consists of four specialized training programs: Diar, Mohtawa, Hadara, and Leaders. These programs target youth aged 11 to 17 and aim to develop technical, media-related, professional, and cultural skills through interactive learning tracks that combine theory, application, and real-world experience.

These programs were designed in response to pressing needs observed in schools and the wider Jerusalemite society, where traditional education often lacks space for practical skill-building and decision-making. Future Skills thus offers a safe and inspiring learning environment where students can explore their potential, engage with real-life issues, and take part in shaping their own future with confidence and purpose.

Future Skills is a real commitment to shaping a generation that thinks, chooses, and creates in a changing world.
